Potion here. We decided to make it a once-every-2-month-thing (depending on the response and fam) to change our Fam`s Jrs. It may be changed to once every month.

There can only be 7 Jrs, so here`s what we do :

1. Every 15th til the end of each month, each member can vote for 7 Jrs,
2. Send the IGNs of these 7 JRs you have chosen to renamers@live.com
( Note : You cannot vote for yourself or vote for someone who already held the Jr rank the month before)

Format of email should be in :

Subject : Votes - [Insert the following month here]
(eg, December.)

Details : Votes from [Insert your IGN here]

The main purpose of this is to rotate the JRs.
